The Journey of KHANS NFT
The Rise of the Khans
Between February and April 2025, the KHANS project laid its foundation by launching the website, unveiling detailed dynasty lore, rarity charts, and a mint countdown. Communities were activated on Discord and X, while the whitelist opened for early backers. Smart contracts, metadata, and rarity math were finalized, accompanied by teaser trailers and animated content.
Minting Begins
From May to July 2025, the public mint launched with 10,000 unique KHANS NFTs featuring companions, weapons, and thrones. IPFS metadata was deployed with royalty logic, early supporter badges were issued, and animated lore episodes were released. This phase also introduced the Council of Khans DAO and a live staking dashboard.
The Council Awakens
In Q3 2025, the DAO system became fully operational with 1 NFT equaling 1 vote. Rarity-based staking launched, and a strategic map system was introduced with resource zones (Iron, Food, Horses, Relics). Players will be able to craft relics for PvE advantages and future item trading.
Khanate Expansion
The end of 2025 will mark the introduction of PvE gameplay where players fight AI threats and bosses. New NFT classes such as Archer, Shaman, and Cavalry will be unlocked. Players can earn loot, enhance progression, and use land NFTs to gain bonuses, lore perks, and upgrade paths linked to their KHAN avatars.
The Game of Khans
Early 2026 will introduce PvP combat, alliances, vassal systems, and DAO-governed wars. On-chain battle histories, player-driven tournaments, and inter-clan diplomacy will add competitive depth. The first seasonal PvP tournament will award tokens and honor to top players.
The Eternal Empire
Q2 2026 will witness the full launch of the KHANS Web3 game with an NFT-integrated economy. Players can battle, upgrade, and trade assets through a dynamic in-game marketplace. The game will support mobile and browser platforms, and introduce live global events like plagues, prophecies, and migrations.
The Mythic Era
The Mythic Era will bring exclusive 1/1 animated NFTs with voice-acted lore, cross-chain expansion to Arbitrum and Polygon, and AI-generated interactive stories. Community-led content like comics, animations, and digital lorebooks will expand the KHANS universe beyond the game.
